CORVALLIS, Ore. – An executive session has been added to the agenda of the Oregon State University Board of Trustees meeting to be held Friday, Oct. 28.
The board will meet in executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection (ORS 192.355(9)(a) attorney-client privilege under ORS 40.225).
The executive session will be held at the end of the board’s meeting agenda, which is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m. The full board meeting agenda is available online at https://leadership.oregonstate.edu/trustees/meetings/board-trustees-10282022.
